Utility Horn Audition results
At the beginning of January 1999, we held an
audition for the position of Utility Horn. The position was won by
Kimberly Wright, Assistant Principal Horn of the Chicago Symphony.
The other finalists were Susanna Drake of the North Carolina
Symphony, Lawrence Vine, princiapl horn in Winnipeg, and Chris
Caudill, a Chicago freelancer, who played with the Honolulu Symphony
for a year as Acting Principal Horn.
